Must Know Specs about your device to avoid getting dupped

Once in a lifetime we are likely to send our Computer to the technician for system tuneup and maintenance or for a little problem to be fixed.

Before doing that please take time to heed to our little advice to ensure a sound and satisfactory service.

As much as possible try to know something about your device. Do not go with the notion that you do not know anything. You can ask a friend to help you with the details about your device and note it somewhere.

We advice that as your computer may be working right now, check the properties and take note of the RAM, Hard Disk Size, a fair idea about how your battery lasts and note it.

Try to take pictures of these details (mentioned above) including the charger and any relevant information and  keep them for future reference. refer to images below

Confirm these details with the technicians before leaving your computer at their shop.

When all work is done, confirm details again and if you are not sure of anything, get someone to assist you.
